When you browse LightshowHub, we automatically collect basic, non-identifying information such as your IP address (used to determine your country and region for our download tracker), browser type, and the pages you visit. This helps us understand traffic patterns and improve the site.

If you create an account, we store your email address and any display name you choose. When you download a lightshow or chime, we log the download event with your IP-derived region (if you are signed in, also your username) so we can build the leaderboard and download tracker.

• To aggregate anonymous visitor statistics (daily, weekly, monthly).
• To respond to song requests and contact submissions you send us.

LightshowHub does not display advertisements and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Your data is used solely to operate and improve this community platform.

You can browse, preview, and download all lightshows, lock chimes, and summon chimes without creating an account. Guest downloads are tracked by IP-derived region only — no name or email is stored. To join the leaderboard and have your downloads attributed to you, simply sign in.

Download events and visitor logs are retained to maintain historical leaderboard and traffic statistics. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
